file movement?

It's been a month since Istock announced the new ASA. I questioned them moving content to the PP and said I have stuff that has been waiting to be moved for a year. I have over 700 files waiting to be added and in the last month there has been no change. Is this still a "priority" thats all I ever hear around here is that you guys take this stuff seriously and are working on it, but actions speek louder that words.

About 9 months ago, I got the standard Istock reply "we are working on it"

The partnerprogram mail adress is a new one so you couldn't have contacted them 9 months ago. Guess you contacted support. All files opted in up until mid September should be visible now at the partner sites so if you have files missing you should definitely send them a mail, there seems to be something wrong.

This  is what admin said in the partner program update thread last week:

"Again we would like to apologize for the delays in providing consistent updates. Going forward these updates will be available weekly.
 
Files opted in on or before September 13^th, 2011 will be now be available within the Partner sites.
 
If you have files that were opted in on or before September 13^th and they are not appearing within the Partner sites, please send an e-mail to partnerprogram@istockphoto.com and we’ll look into this for you.  If you had previously e-mailed partnerprogram@istockphoto.com and have not yet received a response; thank you for your patience, as we are now looking into these queries."

ok, I sent them an email, Can I send more files over to PP. are any new files being added

As far as I know the connector is on and files are added all the time. Takes about 10 days or so until they are up on the partner sites.

I've contacted partnerprogram@istockphoto.com about 1/4th of my portfolio still missing on PP sites, but received a generic response that they couldn't help me because they can't push individual portfolio/images over and I need to wait. Can an admin with knowledge on the situation give us an update on the progress of old files that are still missing from the PP sites?


 

That may be true but my numbers are off by about 30 including 2 files added in August.

If they were to provide us with a way to access a list of the unique file numbers which have arrived at the PP then it would be trivial to compare that with a list of the file numbers which are supposed to be there.

Just added another 14 files.First time i have written the file numbers down and today date.Will be interesting to see how long it takes for these files to be added to the PP sites.

I have had no files added from early September onwards. I had been automatically adding my files on submission, now it is automatic anyway because I am non exlusive. So they are running at least a month behind on my files. I still have to work out some files that are not appearing over there that should be.
